  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service without prior notice.

  • Descriptions & Images: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, packaging, and descriptions of our products. However, actual packaging or product color may slightly vary.

  • Errors & Omissions: Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time.

4. Order Acceptance & Modification

  • We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order you place with us.

  • We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

  • In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will notify you by contacting the email and/or phone number/WhatsApp provided at the time the order was made.

5. Billing & Payment Terms

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

  • All online transactions are securely processed through encrypted third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.). Amritshila Ayurveda does not store your banking credentials, UPI PINs, or card details.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we reserve the right to verify the authenticity of the buyer via OTP, WhatsApp, or phone call prior to dispatch.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, product names, text, graphics, images, section designs, and software, is the intellectual property of Amritshila Ayurveda. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the site without express written permission from us.
